Dancing is about having fun and feeling good on the dance floor. Today, more and more people are becoming curious of this new style of Bachata. They teach Urban or modern style bachata and a sensual but classy style that was pioneered by Korke y Judith in Cadiz, Spain. Their mission is to provide the highest technical social dance technique while motivating dancers to maintain a friendly dance environment. Steven Halim was born and raised in Indonesia. He started teaching martial arts at the early age of 12yrs old, which makes teaching one of his strengths. He also has been dancing Salsa in NYC for more than 10 years, and was part of many performances teams. Steven decided to learn Bachata Sensual because he loves the style and the beauty the dance expresses through body movement isolations. After taking many classes, workshops, and attending several dance socials, Steven decided to teach Bachata Sensual, which lead him to his partner. Furthermore, they teach students etiquette, how to understand the Rhythm, and connection, which they believe will help students become better dancers and feel more confident on the dance floor.

Brian started his dance journey in high school and continued it through college where he spent 6 years training and competing in various styles of hip hop. Upon moving to Seattle in he took his first bachata classes right here at Salsa Con Todo and it was after those classes that he fell in love with the style and dedicated himself fully to the dance form. He has been advancing his bachata knowledge through taking intensive training classes and privates with professionals across the United States as well as internationally. He also travels to Spain multiple times a year to learn sensual bachata directly from the origins.
